Drawn to scale as the same size as the site development plan with the following details: 1) Type, size & location of all existing & proposed plant materials & other ground covers. The size of plants & maturity should be included. 2) Existing vegetation labeled to remain or to be removed with landscaping on adjacent properties by area(s) to be considered. 3) Method of irrigation. 4) Cross-sections through areas of special features, berms, retaining walls, etc. 5) Footprints of all structures to be constructed.
A 24" x 36" plan to scale (no smaller than 1 = 30 unless otherwise approved) with the following information: 1) Building Locations: Existing & proposed with spare-footages. 2) Fences: Existing, surrounding & proposed. 3) Off-street parking, circulation & driveway locations & types. 4) Location & size of adjacent streets & driveways. 5) North arrow & property lines. 6) Drawings of major exterior elevations. 7) Building materials & color scheme. 8) Existing grades & proposed new grades. 9) Existing lighting & proposed lighting.
