Step Two

Submittal Letter*
A detailed Submittal Letter explaining how the project enhances and beautifies the community and types of services the project will provide.
Legal Description*
A Legal Description of the property including a metes & bounds description to the section of all adjacent roadways, stamped & signed by a registered professional land surveyor, with a calculated closure sheet & a map showing the boundaries of the legal description.
Proof of Ownership*
A deed and Affidavit of Legal Interest for all interested parties. A link to the Affidavit of Legal Interest form is provided at end of application. NOTE: Original Affidavit of Legal Interest(s) must be mailed with payment after receipt of completeness letter.
Documentation of Original Parcel*
Documentation the parcel is the original parcel of land held in one (1) ownership and of record at the effective date of December 7, 1977 (12/7/77).
Vicinity Map*
An 8.5" x 11" Vicinity Map showing streets, driveways, property lines, etc.
Sketch of Lot Split*
A sketch showing the proposed Lot Split. The sketch shall include the following: 1) Current lot size including dimensions, square footage and street frontage. 2) Proposed Lot Split including the new lot lines and new dimensions, square footage and street frontage. 3) Streets, surrounding land uses, etc. 4) Existing and proposed public improvements including sidewalk, streets, lighting, landscaping, natural features, etc.
