City Clerk's Office
The City Clerk's Office is the custodian of the official permanent records of the City, maintains and assembles City Council Agendas and Minutes, as well as serving as the center of information for the public. Additionally, our office provides support and Administrative Services to the Mayor, City Council, and all City departments. Our goal is to serve the citizens and businesses of Kuna in a thoughtful, professional, and accurate manner.

Fee Schedule
The Clerk's Fee Schedule (PDF) reflects many of the costs associated with various services provided by the City as set by City Council and Resolutions.
Licenses and Applications
The City Clerk oversees the regulation of specific types of business activity; Animal, Taxi, Alcohol, and Solicitors/Peddlers licensing. Our licensing programs are there to provide a basic level of citizen and consumer protection, local and State Code compliance, and encourage updated information. Special event plans are filed with the Clerk's Office and will be coordinated with other departments to assist you in hosting a successful event sure to be enjoyed by all.
Public Notices
The City Clerk publishes Public Notices on behalf of the City and maintains a record of them. Notices are provided on our website for accessibility to Kuna citizens.
Public Records Requests
As the custodian of records for the City, the Clerk responds to requests for information or forwards them to the appropriate department. As part of the records management for Kuna, Agendas, Minutes, and City Codes are available online.
